  Mercy's POV   As I scanned around the lone hallway that led outside the packhouse, there was no single soul. My heart was pounding so fast as I quickened my steps, I needed to get to the Thorn pack before daybreak. And suddenly I started feeling a presence behind me causing fear to grip hold of me.   "Mercy," I swirled around and my deep forest eyes fell on the figure. I gulped hard, holding my breath.   "My Luna," I stuttered, biting hard on my lips. I just pray that she doesn't notice my fraying nerves.   "Hmmm," she nodded, her gaze staring me up and down, "Where are you going?" I stilled, finding it hard to breathe in the air.   "Mercy," she called, her voice lowered, "Yes... Luna," I looked fluttered, swallowing hard. I composed myself.   "I'm going to my room," I groaned
