Chapter 14: Alex Expressing Love

Belle finally finishes the matter at hand, the design department spent all the time gossiping about the GK Prince today, the work efficiency was very bad, when she gets off work, Lisa and Belle walk together.
The two of them talk and laugh until they reach downstairs, Lisa says, "I see you are very uncomfortable today, I will send you home."
"Our homes don't coincide, and there's a traffic jam right now, there is no need to trouble you dear." Belle says, although she really wants to take the car home, not wanting to go squeeze the bus during the off-work rush hour, it's always not so good to trouble others, and Lisa usually helps her quite a lot.
Belle gets out of the lift on the ground floor and Lisa goes to the parking garage. Belle just gets out of the building, a black Bentley parks in front of her, the window rolls down, revealing Alex's handsome face.
"Belle, get in, I'll take you home." Alex says with a smile, Belle wants to politely refuse, but Alex already gets out of the car, embraces her to the other side, opens the car door and lets her sit on the passenger seat.
It is the off-duty rush hour, and there are a few Martin's staff coming out of the lobby.
"That's the intern little girl in the design department, right? How did she charm the general manager?"
"Yes, she looks very small, looks like she hasn't graduated from secondary school yet, right?"
"Girls nowadays have much trickery, our general manager likes this kind of girl, his last girlfriend was also a youthful teenager."

The car slips into the crowded traffic of A city. There are many people, many cars, high-rise buildings here, revealing the prosperity and sophistication of a modern city, but the road traffic management is not good, the peak of the commute is often jammed, especially in the centre of the city, the traffic jam is particularly strong.

"Slightly, I didn't sleep well last night with a hangover, I'm a bit sleepy."
Alex's face sinks slightly, then turns back to normal quickly, and says lightly, "Next time Ella wants to take you to a meal like this, you can refuse and push any problems onto me."
Belle smiles bitterly, Ella is the director, she is just an intern, how dare she?
