Epilogue
“I’m home!” Milly called out as she let herself in. The house echoed silently and so she trudged to their beautiful, recently completed bathroom.
Milly stripped quickly and got the shower steaming hot. She glancing lovingly at the deep tub and wished she had time for a soak, but Luke should be back from buying supplies soon and she desperately needed to get clean. It had been another satisfying, but dirty day fixing up the new yard.
She loved working on their flip, each aspect of it. Balancing their budgets and working on bids for permits. She’d been shocked how much she enjoyed going to the hardware store and buying consumables and she was gaining a real knack for gardening and agricultural work.
