He took a deep breath. "Last night, I had no idea you'd been drugged. I noticed something was off, sure, but I didn't suspect anything. I was about to help you—then Emily suddenly clutched her stomach. I couldn't just leave her like that." Aurora arched a brow. "And? Did she lose the baby?" Henry hesitated.
