EVERETT'S POV: According to Theodora, she had a few spies on the other side. There was no doubt that Silas would assume we had a spy or two at some point. He was an abomination, but he wasn't stupid. She claims he had jumped the gun and recruited the help of the wolves and witches. That meant we need to find some rogues...or just some that weren't happy with their ruling.
