MADDOX Scarlet eyes glare back at me, anger burning bright inside them. Her long black hair is a tangled mess and her clothes are rumpled and disheveled. The woman sitting across from me ignites an inferno of hate and disgust that blazes like eternal hellfire. Her mere presence is enough to send me into a fit of rage, a hurricane of unyielding force. Every nerve and every fiber of my being is itching to strangle her, wrap my hands around her throat and watch as the life slowly drains from her eyes.
