I am going out to grab some things to start the memorials for the children. While I am at it, I am in need of some new clothes. I wish these pains would just give up already. I had to pull over this time. I'm on my way back to Standing Falls to check and see if there are any records left behind. I drove into the town and nothing had changed. It's devoid of life and sound. Whatever. I'm doing this early in the morning because I don't want to get caught here at night. I let my aunt get in my head and it scared me a little bit. There was a hospital in the middle of the town. I figured that would be a good place to start. That would be where the bodies were brought, right?
The front door wasn't locked. As I took another look outside, I was surprised that vandals hadn't destroyed this place.
