Two lovers are standing in front of the altar and saying their wedding vows. Molly and Margy wore simple white overalls with a thin white veil covering their heads.
Jacob and Roderick bought it at random on their way to the chapel they had reserved. The two men who played the groom's roles only wore a black shirt and blazer, an appearance they wore every day when they were working.
The two lovers have officially become husband and wife, they took the time to take pictures together using the rental services available at the chapel. Jacob and Margy will fly straight back to California to take care of Maria's business, while Roderick and Molly plan to take a two-day stay at a top hotel in Vegas for their honeymoon.
Sofia, Maria and Robby will be under Margy's care. Previously they had agreed to take turns carrying out their honeymoon. Roderick took the opportunity first. Jacob patted Roderick's shoulder with a small smile.
"Molly! Can you do something for me...as a wedding gift for me and as a thank you for allowing me to go on your honeymoon first." Jacob said with a big smile. They were waiting for the taxi they had ordered.
Molly smiled, still wearing white overalls decorated with brocade with small floral prints.
"Come on, Brother-in-law! Try asking your soulmate! Tell me to count, I think Margy and I will have how many children!"
Margy hit Jacob's arm hard, because she was embarrassed by what the man who was now her husband said. Molly laughed.
"Oh Jacob, you don't want to know how many! Definitely enough to give you a headache!"
"Really? So I'll definitely have lots of kids! Ha!" Jacob looked at Margy expectantly. "Alright... I'll try to make your prediction come true! Starting tonight, I'll be actively making child productions and make sure your prophecy is a success!'
Margy hit Jacob on the head and made him laugh out loud. "Looks like there's no need for predictions from Molly! You'll definitely keep working on it Jacob! Then... how about us Molly?"
The one who asked just shook his head. "I don't want to tell you!"
"Oh! Come on... consider this a farewell prophecy, tonight when you can't give these prophecies anymore!"
Molly pulled Roderick's ear closer, she whispered something that made Roderick widen his eyes.
"Oh my God! I'm in trouble!"
Jacob intended to go straight to the airport and take the fastest flight to California. He kept an eye on his cell phone... waiting to hear when Robby called. He had ordered his adopted sister to contact him if Maria was conscious or not, so far there has been no news from Robby the child was waiting in the house with the nurse who took care of Maria. The nurse on duty replaced the IV and cleaned Maria's body while she was asleep. I hope nothing happens to the kid.
Molly previously said Maria might wake up tonight or tomorrow morning, so it's just a matter of time and based on leaks from her spirit friend... Maria will live her life cheerfully and be able to forget all the wounds and darks of her previous life.
Jacob had boarded his taxi with Margy. Their destination is the airport. While Roderick and Molly's taxi had yet to arrive, they finally said their temporary farewell. Jacob gripped Margy's hand, which was now adorned with a simple white gold ring with a small diamond eye in the middle. Margy asked to make their wedding ring simple. He doesn't like being flashy. He had removed the white veil that had been attached to his hair with Jacob's help. They would fly on public planes…and it would be a public spectacle if Margy was still wearing them. She was lucky that her white dress still didn't look too bridal.
"You know Margy! Our child must be a genius like me! Since I was in elementary school my IQ has been over 135...last I tested 140...!" Jacob said proudly.
"Yes..if he follows your brain! Don't expect too much. I heard a child will inherit intelligence from the mother!"
Jacob sat up straighter and looked at Margy in disbelief. "No kidding!"
Margy laughed wryly. "It's as if I'm the stupidest creature in this universe.. so what if our child will be like me.. huh!"
"Of course it's fine...you're quite cute!" Jacob replied trying to relax the situation. He didn't want to risk Margy getting mad at him.
Jacob's cell phone rang. His face stiffened a little when he saw caller ID.
Robby.
"Yes, Robby?" Said Jacob.
"Maria wakes up." Answered Robby. His tone was a little calm.
"Then?" Jacob was pounding, he was feeling uneasy. Between happy and restless. He only regretted his absence at home at this time.
"She's eating. With the nurse...suddenly she asked for spaghetti with bacon and mozzarella topping. Her favorite food as a child. The nurse complied. They're in the kitchen." Said Robby.
"We're on our way to the airport. Wait for us!" Said Jacob ended the call. Not a minute before he ended the call with Robby, another call came in.
Roderick.
"Yes."
"This is Molly. We're in a taxi to the hotel. Jacob...just for a warning...take this as a token of my love for Maria and Robby. Maria...you put her in Santa Barbara school next year, meanwhile... "Teach her privately with Robert. Roderick's assistant. Then Robby... He has the talent to continue your career..." Then Molly ended the call unilaterally. Causing Jacob to stare at his phone in surprise.
"Her last piece of magic. Hope Maria and Robby will be happy in the future." Margy said who was listening to Molly's one-sided chat.
"Robby is calm enough for a kid his age... the rest I don't know."
"He was just a child...when his mother died...he trembled in fear and hugged me tightly. But after that he was much calmer. I think you're right...though he can't shake off the fact that he is still a child."
Jacob and Margy only waited thirty minutes before their plane left for California. Hopefully they'll be at Jacob's house before sunset. Their residence.
They arrived at Jacob's house just as the sun was setting. Jacob was scary about his car...when he left for the airport, he actually left his car in the parking lot, so that when they got home they could immediately put it back on. Because from the start, Jacob and Margy had planned to go home on the same day.
When the car is parked. Jacob held Margy's hand which was about to go down and was about to open the door.
Jacob grabbed Margy's neck and brought her closer to him. He kissed Margy's lips deeply and softly. It was as if his lips were the cure for all the turmoil and tiredness of his mind. He roamed the roofs and tasted Margy's teeth and tongue. When the two of them were out of breath, they pressed their foreheads against each other, breathing heavily and looking into each other's eyes.
"When we enter the house....there will be other things going through our heads. I want to enjoy being a newlywed with you...in this car...hopefully there is nothing to worry about with Maria." Jacob said in a whisper.
Margy wrapped her arms around Jacob's neck and kissed him roughly. Margy with her tiny lips kissed, bit and licked Jacob's lips quickly.
"Remember..I will always be by your side! You are no longer alone Mr. Reyes! Now you have this beautiful Mrs. Reyes..to share all your worries, worries and fatigues. your MENSA certified brain...but I can be your comforter when you need it." Margy said smiling.
"Thanks God. You're my wife now!"
