Lynn's POV:
I fidget nervously with the hem of my sweater as Dr. Elara leads a mysterious woman and Aria into her office. My palms are sweaty, and I can feel my heart racing. I hate meeting new people. What if they don't like me? What if I say something stupid?
"Lynn, I'd like you to meet someone very special," Dr. Elara says warmly. Her silver hair gleams in the soft light as she gestures to a woman with kind green eyes and light brown hair. "This is Jewel, the Luna of our pack."
Luna? That sounds important. I stand up quickly, nearly knocking over my chair in my haste.
