Mya’s POV:
It’s Saturday. I hated the weekends. Since there was no school, that meant extra work. Domina gave Artic a dog bed. I must sleep in Domina’s den on the weekends. The dog bed sits by the fireplace on the floor. Artic loved it. Domina made us try it out. She says it’s not a luxury item, but I think it was. It looked like an oversized pillow. Inside, the bed was filled with goose feathers. The bed itself was white and made of cashmere. It was softer than my cot. It even had a gold plate on the side of the bed that read Artic. Domina said she didn’t want an eyesore in her den, such as my cot. It must match the feng shui of her den. Whatever helps Domina sleep at night. But I knew better. Artic pranced around her bed, testing it out.
