Mya’s POV:
Artic opened up and pushed me forward. I blinked a few times. Coming back was always hazy at first. I was swaying back and forth. Domina had to hold me steady so that I wouldn’t fall over. When the hazy feeling passed, I looked down at my plate and resumed eating.
After dinner, the Alphas said their goodbyes and retreated for the evening. Domina shifted into Tundra, and I into Artic. Tundra gently picked Artic up by the scruff of her neck. On instinct, Artic curled into a ball. Tundra hopped up onto Domina’s bed. She made circles along the bed before she found a good spot to lie. Artic burrowed herself into Tundra’s soft fur and fell asleep.
