Jayden watched her as she ate. She was a pretty and simple woman.
''I would talk to someone and see if you can get a job in his company"
" I have no college qualifications"She said truthfully.
Jayden nodded" We can secure a spot for you without needing one"
She smiled" Thank you so much"
Men in black secured the entrance and the people who were eating inside left. Polly raised her head and saw a tall figure approaching.
" Elder brother"Jayden stood up.
He ignored him totally and sat down beside him.Polly became uncomfortable.
" I am so surprised that Elder brother picked a normal restaurant to have lunch. What a coincidence! "
" I am hungry and was close by"Astaire answered, his dark eyes staring deeply at her.
" Jayden"She called softly making Astaire more angry.
" What's up? "He asked.
"I think it's high time I left" She wanted to stand up but a deep masculine voice interrupted"I can see you are interested in my brother. Sit down let's chat"
She was embarrassed. Jayden quickly answered"No brother, I just offered to buy her lunch"
"Isn't she that waitress?" Astaire said his eyes not leaving Polly.
"Yes brother but she is not longer working there"
''I see"Astaire raised an eyebrow." I want to ask you a question"
She raised her head to look at him but quickly looked down again because his face was making her uncomfortable.
" Apart from that day we met at the restaurant, have we met before? "
She shook her head slowly" No you don't look familiar"She bit her lower lip, not only did he make her uncomfortable he was also asking questions that made her uncomfortable.
This man!
She cursed in her heart.
" Polly, this is my elder brother"Jayden introduced" You can call him Big brother"
" My name is fine"Astaire interrupted making Jayden eyes widened.
Astaire had never liked anyone calling him by his name. He felt it was disrespectful and not even him Jayden was given that privilege.
" You can call him Astaire then"
Polly nodded" It's nice to meet you again"
" Again? "He stood up" I don't have appetite anymore. You people can continue"After speaking he turned and left.
As Polly walked home that night, she wondered if she had really met him before that day he came to eat at the restaurant.
He couldn't be the man from that night,..... she disagreed with her thoughts.
She unlocked the door, entered and shut the door behind her. Switching on the light she saw a figure sitting with his long legs crossed.
" You, how did you get in? "She asked surprised and scared.
He stood up walking towards her" We meet again. Do you think you can fool me? "He frowned.
" I do... don't understand"She took steps back till her back pressed against the door" I don't know what you are talking about"
" How long were you going to put up that act? Pretending like you know nothing! "
" I really don't know what you are talking about please leave"
He stood still" Leave? Of course that's how you are. Do you know what I have in mind to do to you? "He moved closer and whispered in her ears" Dirty and wicked things"
She shivered.
" You can't be...... no.. it's impossible"She said suddenly realizing things.
This was the man she hated!
He took advantage of her! All because she was drunk!
He pulled her closer and claimed her lips. She struggled but he used his other hand to put her in place. in the process of resisting she opened her mouth and he slid his tongue inside gaining control.
When he finally released her, she shouted" Stay away from me Pervert. I hate you"
" You wouldn't dare! Missed me? "
" How did you find me? "She asked.
" It doesn't matter. Now that I have found you I wouldn't let you leave like that again! "His eyes were dark and that strange feeling surged up again.
"We have nothing together.It was a one night stand and nothing more"
He frowned"You came to me remember.I was your first man so give me my respect"
"That night was a mistake.I was drunk and you took advantage of me" She explained.
He was angry"Don't you dare call it a mistake''
Unexpectedly he carried her balancing her on his shoulder,her hair came loose swinging as he took her to the bedroom throwing her unto the bed.
"Please don't do this again" She pleaded tears dropping from her eyes.
He ignored her plea, undressing himself.
Seeing he wasn't going to let her go she cursed"Asshole"
"Now you are talking"
He pinned her down,his hot breath fanning her face"Struggle, resist and insult me you are only making things worst for yourself"
She screamed loudly.
When Polly woke up it was morning.She looked around ,her clothes lying on the ground and nothing more.
He was gone.He was a daredevil,he came to have his way again with her.
Such a psychopath!She won't let him know about the twins.
She slowly got out of bed.Her legs weak and her lips swollen.Looking at her unclad body in the mirror she saw visible red marks all over.
He was so wild.
She showered and dressed up.Her phone rang,it was Samantha.
"Goodmorning dear" Samantha greeted''I have been worried you didn't call"
''Yeah,I was busy.How are the twins?" Polly asked.
"They are fine.Want to talk to them?"
Polly disagreed"Not necessary.Please take good care of them"
"Hope you aren't stressed because you sound tired"
"It's work.I am fine"
She dropped her phone, she couldn't tell Samantha that she had lost her job.
Dialling her elder brother's number her heart was uneasy. Things weren't the same after he learnt that she was pregnant, it seems like he completely abandoned her.
She left a voice message for him.
She made breakfast before going out to find a locksmith to change the lock. She won't have a stranger barging into her apartment again.
At noon, Jayden called her on phone. He had secured a job for her at his friends company as a receptionist. She was so happy when he broke the news to her.
