Xavier's POV “Excuse me, sir?” My assistant, Jerry poked his head through the door. “What?” I asked without raising my head up from what I was doing. “You have a delivery package.” He said, entering the office fully. “It can wait. Add it to the rest of the stash as usual.” I waved off, still continuing with what I was doing. “Erm, I'm afraid I can't do that. The delivery was made personally by the courier, with a message on it saying that it is very important.” He said. I looked up then. He was stretching a brown envelope file towards me. That was rare. I didn't really get packages and when I did, Jerry took care of them only if it was dated back to me directly. “Why can't you check through it like you normally do?” I asked, pinching the bridge of my nose out of tiredness.
