I rushed to review the surveillance footage from the day I tossed the letter away. I had no idea how she managed to forge the last part of the letter, but she must have gotten a hold of it and read it to fake it. The footage flickered by like a flipbook. Finally, it paused on a scene. A slender silhouette stooped down to grab the letter. She quickly unfolded it, skimmed through it, and then stuffed it into her pocket.
