14 Chaos. That was what Jack had created with his little…maneuver. Over the course of twenty-four hours, the protest that had started in front of the Hall of Council had spilled into other streets. Thousands of bodies clogged the roads, packed so tightly together it was hard to move. Harry saw hundreds of colourful signs, most calling for Dusep’s removal from office. Or at least to have the man censured. But the presence of protestors always drew counter-protestors, and of the two groups, the latter was far more militant.
