Lucian returned the smile, then his expression switched into a more serious one. “I've told you to call me Lucian. I can't have you addressing me with the young master tag. It makes me uncomfortable,”
Rowan was an elderly man and it didn't seem right that he would treat him like the superior one. He wanted them to have something more than a employer -employee relationship. He wanted a connection, something deep. Emotional.
Rowan chuckled. “Forgive me…umh Lucian,”
