It is a Yokai which means it is a supernatural spirit of Japanese folklore. It's a spirit that can answer any question asked by a human and it is said that Kiajin Answer can be summoned by using a cellphone.
The process of summoning includes 10 people making a circle person number-1 has to call the person standing next to them i.e. person number-2 and person number-2 then has to call person number-3 and so on and then the last remaining person i.e. person number-10 has to call person number-1. All of these people's cellphones will show a busy line and during that their call is now connected to Kaijin answer. Kaijin answer will then answer 9 questions asked to him and there's a twist here where Kaijin answer will ask a hard question to one of those 10 people which is impossible for them to answer and when that person fails to answer the question asked by Kaijin answer,a hand comes out of the cellphone and takes away one of that person's body part.Kaijin answer does this because its beleived that he only has a head and by collecting his victims' body parts he wants to become a human.
