I found Charles reliving an old memory in his dream.
“I want a bouquet, Charlie.” It was my voice…
We were on our bed, back in his apartment. The one he bought for us to start our new life together. It's almost painful to see this from his perspective.
“I can buy you diamonds and you ask me for flowers?” Charles chuckled, pulling me into his arms and kissing my forehead.
"Oh, no! I'm asking a lot!" Did I sound so naïve in his mind? He laughed wholeheartedly at my request."I had the best time in Fairyland." It was the first time I got out of the territory. "Those vacations were more than enough..." I remember myself saying that as well as my following words, "I loved the black forest and the tunnel of flowers... but you didn't let me pick up any flowers during the tour!"
