SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

RIHANA'S POINT OF VIEW-
I was waiting eagerly at my doorstep and my mother opened the door, she was shocked at first then she hugged me tightly and took me inside the house, still she was holding me very tightly as if I would disappear if she let me go.
"Ma, I am fine do not need to worry," I said to my mother.
"Rihana," without looking at the person I knew that it was Baba.
I spun around and hug him tightly and he hugged me back.
Baba said to me "Are you fine? what happened to you?"
"I am fine Baba," I said to Baba.
Ma said, " We were so much worried for you, thank God you are fine."
"Who kidn*pped you? where were you for the past few days?" Ma said to me.
"Ma, Baba, I do not know who kidn*pped me? But some kind-hearted people helped me to reach my home but they do not want to disclose their name because they do not want to face any trouble by the police," I said to my parents.
"What?" Baba said to me.
"But police will ask a lot of questions," Ma said.
"Baba you will manage it right?" I asked my father.
"I will handle everything Rihu do not worry," Baba assured me.
"Ma , Baba where is Ahana?" I asked my parents.
"She is devastated and locked herself in her room for the past four days and she is continuously crying since we get the news that you were kidn*pped, We went to Mumbai and lodged a complaint and yesterday we came back because Ahana was alone here and one of my friends was taking care of her but her condition is not good, so we returned," Ma said to me.
I rushed upstairs and went in front of Ahana's room, door of the room was closed, I knocked on the door repeatedly and said "Ahana, it's Di, please open the door."
After one or two minutes the door was open and Ahana came outside the room and looked at me then she engulfed me in a bear hug and said "Where were you Di for the past few days? I called Mili Di and she told me that you were kidn*pped from the hotel, Ma and Baba also went to Mumbai and they came back yesterday but the police could not able to give any information about your whereabouts, I was so worried for you."
Ahana was still crying, I wiped her tears with my fingers and said " Ahana I am fine now do not cry, look at your face you looked like a soaked raisin."
Ma said to both of us "Go and change your clothes and I will prepare a scrumptious lunch and will make a quick breakfast for both of You."
"Yes boss!" we both said in unison jokingly. Ma gave both of us a glare and then she went to the kitchen.
(AT EVENING -)
I was taking a rest in my bedroom suddenly Ahana came to my room and handed me her cell phone and said to me "Di, Mili Di is asking for you, since your phone is switched off, she called me at my number."
I looked at my cell phone and cursed myself, I completely forgot that my cell phone was switched off. I took the phone and said to Mili " Hi, Mili how are you?"
Mili said to me "You dumbo!!! you have kidn*pped not me ...."
"Yup, I know that girl, now I am back in the home and that too in one piece," I said to Mili jokingly.
"Rihana, I want to share something with you," Mili said to me.
Her voice sounded really serious this time."Mili what happens anything serious?" I asked her in a concerning voice.
"Can I come today?" Mili asked me.
"Sure, you can," I responded. Mili stayed at a place which was thirty minutes walking distance from my home and if she took a bus it was only 7-8 minutes.
After twenty minutes Mili came to my room along with my mother, Ahana was in my room already and we sisters were talking with each other before my mother and Mili came to my room.
"Hi, Rihana, thank God you are safe," Mili said to me and hugged me tightly, I hugged her back in response.
"I was so worried for you," Mili said to me.
"It's ok Mili, I am fine now. I know that you all are worried for me but now I am fine, so relax," I said.
"Ahana, help me to make some snacks and then bring some snacks for Mili and Rihu and let your sister talk with her best friend." Ma said to Ahana.
Then Ma looked at Mili and said "Mili you will join us at dinner, I will make your favorite chicken Biriyani (One type of Mughlai cuisine very famous in India)."
"Thank you, aunty," Mili said to my mother, and after that Ma and Ahana left my room.
Mili lowered her voice and said, "Rihu I want to share something with you."
"Tell me Mili," I said.
"Do you remember the day on which you got kidn*pped?" Mili asked me.
"Yes, that was the most awful moment of my life. How can I forget that?" I said.
"Did you remember that I was also got kidn*pped just before you?" Mili asked me.
Then I remembered that that fateful day Mili was missing and then Akash called me and informed me that a few people kidn*pped Mili and he was following them but in the past few days so many things happened that I completely forgot about those incidents.
"Sorry! Mili I was just focusing on myself, what happened to you that day and how Akash found you?" I asked
"Do not ask about him? He is a Liar." Mili said to me.
"What Mili? What are you saying? What has he done?" I asked her back.
"Rihu, if I tell you this I am sure you are not going to me believe me," Mili said to me.
"What Mili? Why should not I believe you?" I asked her again.
"Rihu, do you believe in the existence of any supernatural creature?" Mili asked me all of a sudden.
I sucked in a deep breath and said "Mili, please tell me clearly."
"Rihu, Akash is not a normal human," Mili said to me.
"What? what do you mean by that?" I asked Mili.
"Akash is a hybrid a human and vampire hybrid, his mother is a vampire and his father is human," Mili explained.
"What? How do you find that?" I asked Mili, I was shocked because I never imagined that Akash was a supernatural creature.
"That day, Akash followed us with his superhuman speed, I asked him repeated times how he followed me without any vehicle or something then he told me the truth about himself," Mili said to me.
"That very same day I broke up with him, I do not want any kind of relationship with a liar," Mili said to me again.
"You know I loved him so much and he lied to me and moreover I had a suspicion that he was involved in your k********g," Mili said to me.
"No Mili I do not know why Akash lied to you but I am sure that he was not involved in my k********g," I said to Mili.
"How are you so sure about it? He is a vampire and depends on human blood, he must have some ill intention," Mili said to me.
"Mili stops it, all vampires are not bad and in fact, one vampire helps me to reach my home," I said to her.
"What?" Mili said to me with a bewildered expression on her face.
"Yup Mili, I was kidn*pped by demons and teleported to another realm, and vampires and demons are not on good terms with each other moreover just before I was kidn*pped Akash tried to warn me, so I am sure he was not involved in my k********g," I said to Mili.
Mili was looking at me and her mouth was fell open somehow she collected herself and said "What you are saying Rihu, it's unbelievable."
"Yup, I know that if I do not face these things myself I was also not going to believe it," I said to Mili.
"One more thing Mili Akash is not involved in my k********g, so if you are accusing him , that is wrong, let me call him," I said to Mili.
"No do not do that I am not going to accept him as my boyfriend he is a bloodsucker," Miki said to me.
"Mili, you are the one who is always interested in supernatural theme books and now you are hating him because he is a part vampire," I said to Mili.
"Stop it Rihu . Have you lost your mind? Reading a fantasy book and drooling at its character is a different thing and facing it your own life is completely different and moreover, Akash told me that I am his beloved means I am his soul mate, I do not want to live my life with a vampire," Mili said to me.
"What? You are his beloved," I said.
Mili nodded in response. I took a deep breath and said "Mili listen, let me call Akash, we are friends and I am assuring you if you do not want any relationship with him it's your choice and it's your life, so you have the full right to choose something for yourself. But at least let me call him, I know that he is worried for me."
"Okay, but use your phone. I am not going to talk with him." Mili said.
I switched on my cell and phone and called Akash after a few seconds, he responded to my call and said "Hello, Rihana, Is this really you?"
"Hi Akash, yes this is me," I said to him.
"How are you? Are you fine? why demons are following you?" Akash asked me.
"How do you know that demons are following me?" I asked him back.
"Because when that day Mili was missing and I followed her, I saw few people one of them was a low-class demon and then you are missing and there is no trace of you," He said.
I did not want to answer his question because I did not want to share that I was almost got married to the Demon Lord. After all, if Akash knew who was he, he would be worried for me, so I dodged the question and said "I did not know why demons kidn*pped me but somehow I managed to free myself from their clutches."
"Thank God. You are safe," Akash said to me.
Then after a few seconds, Akash said to me "I know Mili already told you who I am, Do you also hate me like Mili?"
"No Akash I do not hate you and you are wrong Mili also does not hate you, she is just angry with you," I said to him.
As soon as Mili heard what I told Akash, she objected and said "I hate him Rihu."
I just rolled my eyes and said to Akash "Do not worry Akash we will be friends forever and do not worry if destiny wants you and Mili will be together in the future."
"Thank you Rihu," Akash said to me.
"Do not worry, I will call you later, Mili is already started to act like an angry bird,!!!" I said to him.
"Bye," Akash said and ended the call.
Mili was very angry with me and it was visible in her angry expression.
"Mili does not get angry with me," I said to her.
"Rihu, you already lost your mind or the supernatural creatures hypnotized you, so you are now taking their sides," Mili said in an angry voice.
"Mili, no one hypnotized me, and trust me Akash truly loves you if not then he will compel you to forget every secret about him. I think he lied to you because he knows that once you will find the truth, you will react like this," I said to her.
"What? Are you blaming me?" Mili said to me.
"Mili I am not blaming anyone, I know how are you feeling now and I am not saying that you have to live your life with Akash, if you do not want him as your boyfriend or your life partner in the future it's fine but please do not ruin our friendship just because he is a vampire," I said.
After twenty more minutes of conversation and a lot of arguments finally, I was able to convince Mili that we will continue our friendship with Akash.
After that Ahana came to my room and we enjoyed our tasty snacks like Aloor chop (One type of fried snack made with potatoes very famous in West Bengal) and fish and chips.
At night Mili joined us at dinner and Ma made authenticated tasty Mughlai cuisine and after a long time, I enjoyed my meal properly.
