LYANNA'S POV.
Okay, so, I was kind of hoping this wasn't going to happen, but it did. Actually, I knew it was going to happen, but I hadn't expected it to be so fast.
Alpha A, B, and C somehow managed to recognize Xander as soon as they saw him. As much as I would like to blame it on his strange eyes and hair color, I think it actually had more to do with the air around him and the manner in which he carried himself as he appeared before them.
Needless to say, the alphas were NOT happy to see him. Not at all. There was no welcome party or horn blowing. Just a couple of growls and snarls, plus about a thousand glares hot enough to melt ice. They were not happy, not one bit.
There was this particular one that, for some reason, kept staring at me. Not glaring. Not scowling. Just staring.
