I couldn't help it. I just couldn't. The nightmare, the memories, the heartbreak. It was all just too much. After I woke up from that horrible dream, I was scared and maybe a little shaken up, but I was still fine. I was doing okay. It hurt and it was really bad, but I was still able to pull myself together. I cried and cried for hours, but after that, I was fine again.
