Trip Down Memory Lane

Chapter 1

The sound of the alarm woke her up from a deep slumber.

"Ughhhh", she groaned as she turned to her left to turn off the alarm. That's when she observed that it was almost 7 o'clock in the morning and she has her first class at 7:30. Her eyes went wide as she quickly stood from her bed and went straight to the bathroom. 

It's her first day in college. She has been preparing for this day. She told herself that she will wake up early because that's the right thing to do on your first day in class. She took a bachelor's degree in secondary education. She's going to be a teacher. It's not her dream actually to be a teacher. She's an introvert. She doesn't want to be the center of attention but she has no choice. It's her parents' choice for her. She loves drawing. She wants a career that has something to do with drawing or arts. But she has no say in the matter. Her parents were the ones who have the money to let her study. She told herself that she will love this course and career nonetheless.

The trip to her school usually takes her 20 minutes but today it only took her 10 minutes. LoL.
