“Hello?” I answered my phone with a bright tone.
“Hey, it’s Charlie.”
“CHARLES! What are you up to?”
Charlie let out a sigh. “Essel, you really need to stop calling me that.”
I responded with an exaggerated evil laugh. “NEVER!”
“Alright then, do you want to watch a movie tonight?”
Having finished my homework and tidied my room, I glanced at the clock on the wall…perfect timing, I could definitely make it.
