"We're camping out...here?"
I glanced at the ground and shuddered, picturing the countless insects that inhabited the spot where we were about to spend the night. On the upside, we were in a wide-open field, twilight was approaching, and the sky had transformed into a myriad of blue hues, merging beautifully with the vibrant colors of the sunset.
Valentine chuckled at my reaction, "Did you think we were checking into a five-star hotel, little E?"
I felt my cheeks flush, "No..." I stammered.
As I surveyed the area, I noticed Dennis, Jake, and Jayden wrapping up the setup of their tents. I furrowed my brow; there were only three tents.
So, if the twins were sharing one tent... and Valentine and Dennis were in another... that meant...
"Where am I supposed to sleep?" I excla
