ATTORNEY MARSAUD: Thank you. Mr. Moreland, today I want to explore the Mass or Gas program, and the installation of the nuclear power systems that you oversaw. Let’s start with the Mass or Gas program. Can you please explain the program to us briefly?
DAVID MORELAND: The program licensed companies to move quickly from one form of energy use to another, and provided incentives and clear paths through approvals to do so.
