ATTORNEY MARSAUD: Thank you, Your Honor. Professor Dixon, can you please tell the court under what authority you appear this afternoon?
KIM DIXON: I am appearing here in my role as the Concord State Historian and Professor of History at the University of Concord.
ATTORNEY MARSAUD: Thank you. You have been requested to appear today, Professor Dixon, to provide some historical information around the events leading up to and after the Beachport Disaster.
