DAVID MORELAND: My name is David Xavier Moreland.

ATTORNEY BERNAL: Thank you, Your Honor. Mr. Moreland, let’s start with some background. Can you please give the court a brief summary of your academic qualifications?
DAVID MORELAND: I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan majoring in Marketing. And I received a Masters of Public Policy degree from Stanford University.
