"I admit I didn't love him when he was first a prisoner of my father's but I cared. I wanted to take care of him. After getting to know him and about werewolves, I wanted to help him escape. Reggie and I became close and I started falling in love with him and his wolf. It wasn't until he was in the werewolf's fighters death arena that I was willing to die for him" Monica explained.

The Alpha started to get angry at Monica when she told him about the werewolf's fighters death arena.

"You are telling me a lie. There's no proof that you were going to die for a werewolf at the death arena" the Alpha yelled at her.

"It's true, Alpha. She tried to save me from another werewolf at the death arena" Reggie interrupted him.

"Of course, you would lie you want to save her" the Alpha yelled at Reggie.

"It's true the werewolf was going to kill Reggie, he saw me but didn't attack us" Monica reminded Reggie.

"Who was it?" the Alpha wanted to know.

"It was the Alpha Barron Lucian" Reggie told him.

"That can't be, he's been missing for over a year now. The guards he was with were ambushed by rogues and hunters. No one has been able to find him" the Alpha stated.

"I'm positive it was him. He could half shift and mind link with me, even though I am not in his pack" Reggie told his alpha.

The Alpha thought for a moment then changed his mind about his plan to torture them.

"I have an offer for you both. Help me get the Alpha Barron Lucian from the werewolf's fighters death arena and I will accept you both as mates. This pack will be rewarded for freeing him and we will have a powerful alliance" the Alpha told them calmly.

They both looked at him like he was lying.

"My word as the Alpha of the harvest moon pack. You will be set free and be accepted as mates" the Alpha swore to them.

Monica and Reggie looked at each other with hope.

"What do you want to know?" they both said.

"Guards, release them. Get some new clothes for them then bring them to me, in my office" the Alpha shouted and left.

The guards looked confused for a moment but did as they were told. Monica and Reggie were released. Reggie started to heal as soon as the silver chains were off him. Monica watched as his wounds slowly closed and disappeared. The only thing that remained was the dried blood on his back and chest. Reggie saw Monica look at him with amazement.

"Yes, it still hurts but the power of quick healing is a good thing, as a werewolf" he smiled at Monica.

"I'm still sorry that you went through that, for me" Monica cried.

"I would go through it again, if it helps to save you" Reggie told her and went to hug her.

The guards stopped him and threw him some old clothes. It was clothing from Monica's pile. The clothes had been sewn and patched. Reggie recognised her style of clothing.

"You have sewn these clothes" Reggie told Monica. She nodded.

"The clothes were in a pile in the laundry. The Alpha said for you to have clothes, not where it was to come from" the guard stated.

There were old clothes for Monica and then they both were dressed. The guards led them upstairs and Reggie and Monica hoped that this meeting turned out better than the last one. They both were tired and were unsure if they were still being punished. The guards took them past a surprised Alyssa, she followed them to her brother's office. After they were inside the guards were told to leave and shut the door.

"Ashley, why have you taken these two out of the dungeon? You said you were going to punish them both" Alyssa complained.

"Shut up, Alyssa. I'm Alpha, I've changed my mind. These two have given me an idea. One that will benefit this pack. In return for thier help, they will be released and be accepted as mates" the Alpha yelled at her.

"But it's not right, I'm your sister. You should be punishing them for mating, against a mate bond" Alyssa protested.

"That's enough! Get out, I have to think about this pack's future. You are not my only concern" the Alpha shouted hitting his hand on the desk.

Alyssa left with an angry look at both Reggie and Monica. The Alpha calmed down and looked at them both, surprised at thier clothing.

"I don't remember buying clothing that looked like that" the Alpha said surprised.

"That's because Monica has sewn it" Reggie said proudly.

Monica nodded her head. She was still scared of the Alpha.

"So, you sew that could be a job you could do for the pack. But first, you are going to submit to me as your Alpha. You are going to help me rescue the Alpha Barron Lucian. Accept this offer and you will be accepted as part of this pack and Baldrick, Reggie's mate" the Alpha offered Monica.

"I accept, Alpha. What do you want me to do?" Monica asked smiling.

She was happy that she was offered this deal. She and Reggie could be accepted as mates.

"I need you to tell me about security and location. We need to plan an attack and have a time to raid the werewolf's fighters death arena. We might need more warriors from other packs, I'm sure they will want to help get the Alpha Barron back, as long as we are the ones to really rescue the Alpha Barron Lucian. That is what I want you to do for me" the Alpha informed her.

"Well, the werewolf's fighters death arena meets once a month, after the full moon. Hunters know that werewolves have strengthened power after the full moon. They are able to last longer in the werewolf's fighters death arena. There is a huge gate at the front entrance but that's only for the public. It's closed on the night of the werewolf's fighters death arena. There is a carpark near the back entrance that we go through and enter the death arenas. Most hunters take thier werewolves into the holding cells under the arena. I have been down there with Reggie, they had us under guard there. There are also surveillance cameras but I'm not sure where they are" Monica informed the Alpha.

"Well, we will have to try to attack the back entrance but with the camera and guards, it will be hard. We might not find the Alpha Barron Lucian in the holding cells, if he is the champion fighter. We need someone to get inside and turn off the cameras. We also need someone to distract the guards. Then get someone to find the Alpha Barron Lucian. We won't have much time to do all that" the Alpha said concerned.

"Alpha, if you let me, I'll go in there. I was a hunter's daughter; they will let me inside. I can distract them while someone finds the Alpha Barron Lucian" Monica suggested.

Reggie and the Alpha looked at Monica surprised. She had volunteered to raid her old hunter's werewolf's fighters death arena. Monica saw them looking at her and thought they doubted she could do it.

"I can do it. I just need to cover this up" she pointed to her mark. Reggie smiled proudly at her.

"You are willing to go into the werewolf's fighters death arena and betray the hunters that your father was apart of?" the Alpha questioned her.

"Yes, Alpha. Even though I loved my father, I didn't love what he did to werewolves, in particularly Reggie" Monica admitted to him.

The Alpha smiled at her. He was still amused at her calling Baldrick, Reggie. He also agreed that she would be able to help.

"Very well, we will plan for attack by the next full moon. Until then you both will be separated. Once you have kept your part of the deal, you both can be together as mates" the Alpha demanded them.

"Yes, Alpha" Monica and Reggie told them.
