I wanted to make our day a surprise, but I also knew Tommaso was a control freak that wouldn’t let it happen, I grabbed the torn pieces of one of my favourite thongs, trying to distract him from the subject “you know I really liked this pair..”, I told him casually, but I saw it in his eyes immediately, he set up quickly and I bolted towards the shower unsuccessfully as I felt his strong arms engulf me and lift me up in the air, and as I laughed at a reflection of both of us naked and me flailing in the air at the room mirror he said “I’ll buy you ten more, don’t change the subject!
