The more mornings I spent waking up next to Thalia the more I couldn’t remember a time it wasn’t like this, it became a routine, waking up with soft whispers, getting ready and having our coffee and breakfast together.
As we set eating she called her gynaecologist and set up an appointment for later today, she’d have to finish a bit earlier so we could get there on time “if it’s an issue for Stefano I’ll let you know so you don’t come early for nothing”, she explained, I smiled “baby girl, I’m sure once you tell him that it’s for a doctor’s appointment he won’t mind, besides worse case I’ll get to spend thirty minutes more with you”, she shook her head “I feel like I’m disturbing your work and daily routine, Tomi”, I pulled her to me and tugged on her dress where it was
