Jessica’s POV -
The next morning I woke up and waited for the police to contact me, but as the hours went by and no notification came I stated to get worried and curious.
Sometimes around lunch I had a call from the station, I recognised the voice of the officer I spoke to yesterday “hey, so listen, we spoke to the two ex colleagues of yours, their story matches well and it sounds like you were the one to start the violence” he said I rolled my eyes “listen I’ll come in and explain again, I think yesterday I was still in shock and pain, I’m sure you can understand”, I heard a mumble “fine come in and I’ll be here”, he said and hung up.
