How to Position Body When Fighting

1" Stand with your feet apart and knees slightly bent.

2" Keep 1 hand up to protect your face

3" Stand an arm’s length away from your attacker. The closer you stand to your opponent, the more opportunities they have to hit you.

4" Attack the soft and weak part of the body like the eye, throat, stomach and so on

5" Aim at the knee to make sure your opponent collapse

6" Always keep on defending cause your

opponent will keep on attacking

Lesson Number One: if you must be a good

fighter you must focus on your defense and

strike when your opponent loses focus and never

lose focus on your defense cause one you lose

focus you might lose your life,

Lesson Number Two: Look at your opponent as

your teacher, and your ego as your enemy never

used pride to fight,

Now basic skills you need to learn when fighting

1" Be Committed to the fight. ...

2" Focus on what you have to do. ...

3" Exhale sharply with every punch. ...

4" Breathe when you defend. ...

5" Walk, don't run. ...

6" Watch for the opponent’s strong hand

7" Feint to the head, and then go to the body. (ALSO VICE VERSA)

punch without even raising his hand to attack or

do anything, At Last he raised his hand and

blocked one of her attacks this time he started

attacking her and it's looks like she had a hard

time defending herself, he had a smirk on his

face focus on your defense as attack hard

They fought back and forth and Scott wasn't

panting and her hair got a little bit messy but she

wasn't willing to give up,

Scott used a strong tactic on her which she

found it difficult to defend, just than she fell to

few hours later, Scott and Clinton arrived at the

hall as Scott address them, I called this meeting

to let you all know that, there will be a wrestling

tournament before the end of this week, so I urge

you all to prepare for the awaiting tournament for

whosoever wins will graduate for being a recruit

and will now be part of the organization. After

chance to get revenge cuz that was a main
