The dawn came up like Glory. The second sun, then the third, burst over the peach-pink horizon in the south and east, scattering purple clouds above the line of the Agave Sea. Below, the Fairy boat skimmed over frothing green foam to the country beyond imagination. The Elves who set the sails sang and rowed through the surf that crashed onto the shore of the Land of Fairies. They were met by their ethereal Queen, her white robes blowing about her lithe figure. A hulking passenger rose from the rear of the boat, and the Elves helped him through the surf and to shore. Their task completed, they set to work to haul their little craft up onto the silver beach.
