Levi's POV.
I had always believed that life had a way of making things clear and putting us on a path where the choices were obvious.
Mia had texted me the location of where she wanted me to meet her and I was seated in the exact position. My heart raced with anticipation and I had no idea why I was so nervous, it was just a dinner date and nothing more.
But everything in my life had changed since I found out about Mia's pregnancy. The baby, our baby was a constant reminder that we were soon going to become parents. It was an unspoken bond between us, maybe that was why I was feeling this way, unsure of what will come next.
The sound of footsteps which clicked across the floor interrupted my thoughts and I turned as my eyes were laid on her.
