Ryan's POV.
My phone rang in my hands as I was sipping my hot tea. I stepped out to take the call, I thought it was going to be quick but I guess I was wrong either way.
It was my Grandma and I knew she was calling to check up on me. To ask if I have had anything to eat or guilt trip me for not coming around enough to see her.
I placed my phone on my ear and the first thing I noticed was the seriousness and urgency in her voice.
“Ryan. Please, I need you to come over to my place, right at this moment” she instructed, as I sensed a hint of urgency in her voice.
“Is everything okay with you Grandma?” I asked.
“I just need to see you Ryan. Come over and we will talk about” she said as I noticed her voice was shaky. I couldn't ignore that and I didn't ask her any more questions as I walk
