Clay was in his office panicking and, for the first time that he could ever remember, fear crept into him. He had commanded that none of the hospital staff told anyone about Sydnee being there. He had to try and arrange to get Sydnee out of the pack like now.
He walked out to the front of the pack house and looked around, making sure no one would see him. He sprinted down to the tree line and stripped off his clothes before shifting onto his wolf Max. He ran through the forest and stopped not far from the border. He waited for the warriors to pass before he took off, running again towards the rogue alpha’s territory.
When he arrived, he shifted back and put his shirt and shorts on that he had carried in his mouth. He approached one of the rogue warriors.
