James took hold of Sydnee’s hand and led her up the stairs. Her nerves were going crazy right now.
Stop it, she scolded herself. This is your mate. I mean I’ve done this before, but oh no, what about my stretch marks? Clay had told her many times that having the twins had ruined her body, he always wanted the light off when they slept together. Sydnee lowered her head, her heart pounding against her ribs, she was scared of James seeing her body. What if he is repulsed? She thought.
“James, I need to check on the children before, you know uh, before we go to bed.” James smiled, “I’ll come with you.” He led Sydnee to the twins rooms.
Sydnee crept into Jay's bedroom only to see Gemma sleeping next to Jay. Both sprawled out and fast asleep. Sydnee leant over and kissed each one.
