Wow, time sure knows how to fly! Can you believe it’s been two weeks? Today’s the day we hit the courthouse for the first hearing on the two horses we rescued. Let’s get ready to saddle up and fight for justice. As I sat in the courtroom, I was cool as a cucumber. This wasn’t my first rodeo, and I knew what to expect. The owner of the two horses I had taken plead not guilty, and her attorney was doing everything he could to discredit my case. Her attorney argued I had no right to take the horses and did not follow the proper protocol of probable cause to obtain a search and seizure warrant.
