“Suvan?” I said to the crumpled body but made no move to go towards it. I wasn’t completely sure if he was a threat or not. All my energy was directed at removing myself from the powerful hold of the demonic influence.
A grumble came from him and finally he pushed himself up into a sitting position. We stared at each other for a long moment.
