The Beginning of War and The Rejection

Amira prov.
His warriors surrounded me I was in my half stage, when I say half stage, I mean half vampire and half wolf. I looked around some were growling and some snarling at me.
‘Ha if only they knew about our power they would run away.’ Amdis said.
I chuckled and then closed of the link. I saw my two mates one was in human form he had obsidian black hair with bright sea green eyes on his chest there was a royal crest, which was just a King’s crown, on his right side, and he was a little tan.
The other mate was in wolf form the wolf was pure black with a howling wolf crest on the left of his chest. The eyes where the same sea green eyes he was bigger than the rest, but hella lot smaller then my wolf form.
I looked at my human mate and he took one step forward while I took a step back.
‘Rouges are to the west along with your grandfather, they are ready to attack.’ Adria growled.
I growled towards the west and walked towards the tree line while the wolves that surrounded me, especially the ones I was facing, whimpered, and moved back. I could feel the ground shake from my growl.
Darick’s Prov.
Her growl was way stronger then both mine and my brothers together. She walked west and then stopped in front of our warriors.
‘Mates wolf is hateful towards me, but she says that there are rouges and the vampire king is standing in front of her in the tree line.’ Marcus whined to me.
‘Okay tell drake so he can mind link the group but have him tell them if she growls when we move, we are to stand still. We have to respect her because this is her land plus our parents killed her pack, so we are not in good terms right now.’
‘Okay and I did tell her wolf about how you both are not like your parents, but she says until we know that the bad blood doesn’t run in both of her mates veins she will hate us.’ he said and then walked away closing the link.
I thought to myself we sure do have our work cut out for us. I saw Drake looking at me and I nodded he took one step forward and she snapped her head and warned a growl to not move.
‘Don’t move she may have both her vampire and wolf take over Brad said she can’t control who they attack just yet. For now, I see that she does have control, but I don’t know for how long.’ I told him through the link I opened.
He huffed and sat down I knew he was irritated and then that’s when she turned to the tree line and this demonic voice that was growly mixed with female and a really deep male voice filled the air, and then I noticed it was coming from her.
“What are you doing here with rouges grandfather!” she said grandfather with pure hatred.
“To take you to my palace I decided to not kill you after all, but to make you breed my army.” A man said as he stepped out of the tree line and walked halfway to her, this statement earned a deep and angry growl from both me and my brother. She did not even flinch with our growling nor knowledge it.
“I’m not your baby maker and I’ll kill you first before that happens.” She growled.
She took one step forward and he held up a finger,
“Not so fast little one I still have command over you as rightful father. Now Admis I command you to step down.”
Admis her name is not Admis I thought to myself. She growled and became a wolf, that is when I knew he was speaking to her vampire spirit that lived inside her.
She was pretty she was white as pure snow of course I wondered what color of eyes, but I will have to wait and see.
She growled and charged towards the vampire they met halfway and then he threw her on the ground hard.
Both me and my brother growled because she yelped. He just looked at us and all of us where ready to fight, instead of showing fear he laughed at us.
“Seth you can take these weak and puny wolves all you want; my granddaughter is mine.” He said.
Wolf after wolf came out of the tree line there was twice as many wolves as there was us coming out for battle.
We attacked each other trying to hurry and kill every single one. We then heard a howling pain cry to the left of us which is where our mate was fighting.
‘Mates hurt; mates hurt.’ Marcus cried.
Me and my brother turned our head and started to run that way.
Amira’s prov.
My grandfather, Valdamar, threw me to the ground and then the rouges attacked our mates pack.
He attacked me first and I just barely blocked him he cut my face and I growled and was on defense. He attacked quicker this time and I could not dodge it. He grabbed my rib cage on both sides and crushed my ribs. I howled in pain and laid down on the ground.
I then saw my mates looking this way and started to run over here but Seth, the leader of the rouges, blocked both of them.
“Oh, my precious granddaughter.” My grandfather said as he walked towards me all smug.
‘Admis please we need your help.’ Me and Adria pleaded, and she growled but nodded.
We then shifted back, and she growled her words loudly as I let her and Adria talk over.
“Valdamar, I reject you from the family line you are no longer my family you didn’t protect mother or father. You not only betrayed us, but you also broke the first royal law, you have no right to order me any longer.’
“Well we’ll just have to see about that.” He said angrily.
We fought in vampire speed. I threw him into a tree, and it broke the tree in half. As it fell and hit the ground, I noticed that all fighting from the wolves stopped to watch us.
He then charged after me again and I threw him though the house and into the tree on the other side of the territory.
The territory is two football fields wide and four football fields long, just to give you an ideal.
He then roared in anger and let Raul take control. He was faster so I made sure I was not in the way of Admis and Adria. We fought looking for a weak spot all of a sudden, he clawed our stomach and we screamed in pain. He then grabbed my throat and started to chock us. Our blood was spilling all over his pants and shoes. I then kicked him hard after Adria was weakened from the wolfs bane that was in the claws of vampires. He fell to the ground and I rushed to him while he was trying to get up, I definitely heard a lot of cracking from his body when I kicked him, but before I could rip his head off he ran towards the woods.
“Until next time for now try to live.” He said blowing a kiss at me and walked away.
My mates rushed to me and stood over my body that was on the ground protectively, oh yea what protection, not really.
All of a sudden, I shifted into my wolf and I started to black out.
‘Is everyone okay?’ I asked Amdis and Adria.
‘Yes, I had to shift back so you can be a wolf even though Adria is weakened she can still fight while I start healing her and you.’ Admis said.
“Amira, AMIRA, please stay awake we will bring you to our pack doctor!!” my mates said with a worried and horrified tone.
Their faces looked concerned and worried to my surprise they actually cared.
‘You think that we can cut back on our hate for them.’ Adria asked.
‘And maybe trust them?’ Admis asked full of love.
‘FINE but it’s going to be slowly I don’t want to get hurt again but let me do one thing.’ I said with a smirk.
One of them went to pick me up and I growled even though it was weakly.
He stopped and the other mate that was in wolf form that stood next to the black haired shifted and spoke,
“Please?” he asked.
He had the same color of skin and hair only he had really bright gray eyes. He had the same crown as a crest over his left side of his chest.
I huffed and when they picked me up, I yelped in so much pain they quickly put me down and started to yell but I could not hear what they were saying. My vision started to get fuzzy and then darkness took over.
Drakes prov.
We picked up our mate, but she yelped in pain so loudly our citizens from the nearby village rushed over. We laid her back down.
“Brad, Nick get over here now!!” me and my brother yelled.
I looked at her and she soon passed out I was so frustrated because we could not pick her up safely.
“Does anyone have a truck or something we can’t carry her to the pack doctor.” I asked, more like begged.
“Yes, your highnesses I will be back.” one of the villagers said.
“Me, Darick, Brad, and Nick will pick her up and gently put her in the bed of the truck. The rest of you stay in wolf form and surround the truck, protect your Queen. Darick help me stop the bleeding.” I said and we went to work.
The truck came bursting through the tree line and up to us. We gently put her in the bed of the truck that had blankets on there for her, which I was thankful for.
‘Doc I need you at the hospital asap we found our mate, but she is hurt really bad.’
‘I’ll be there waiting.’ Doc said and closed the link.
As soon as we arrived Doc and his personal assistant, his mate Lucy, rushed to us.
“So, she’s your mate” he looks at me and then continues, “And your mate” he said looking at Darick as his mate looks over Amira’s body. He then continues, “And our future queen, she’s way bigger than us wolves. We will have to work on her on the truck bed until I can get her to her human form. It’s not common to have one female mate for twin males.” Doc said as he looked at the back of the truck.
Her wolf body barely fits in the truck bed her back legs and tail where handing out of the truck. We worked on bandaging her up for some odd reason she was not really healing like we normally do. Do not get me wrong she was healing but not as fast as she is supposed to.
Lucy came back with a syringe full of a potion that makes a werewolf shift into the human form.
“Are you sure that’s safe she is half-” I started to say and then my brother growled.
I looked at him and he shook his head. Doc looked at us and then spoke,
“Your Highnesses please I need to know what she is if she’s only half wolf because this may end up killing her.” Doc warned us, and yes, he is our pack doctor and his parents named him Doc.
Me and my brother looked at each other than mind linked Lucy and Doc.
‘Our mate is half wolf and half vampire.’ I told them.
Their eyes bugged out of their sockets almost and they looked at each other.
‘Your highnesses do your parents know about this child.’ Doc said.
‘SHES NOT A CHILD SHES YOUR QUEEN LUNA.’ I growled I was furious.
As you may know I am the hot headed short tempered between me and my brother.
‘Of course, you highness I apologize we will keep it a secret.’ Doc said and bowed he then continued, ‘I’ll only give her just enough for her body to transform into a human instead of the whole dosage. That way the potion will do little harm to the vampire, it will just make her weak for a few days.’ He said and then gave her the shot.
‘Doc I’m sorry about yelling at you and thank you so much.’ I told him and we cut the link and prepared to rush her in the hospital and start surgery.
Unlike most royals me and Darick were forced to learn how to cook, clean, rule, and help inside the hospital. So, for us to be able to help Doc and Lucy with the surgery on our mate eased our tension.
“There now all we need to do is let her rest we will have to watch her for a few days by then she will be back to normal unless she knows of a way to heal herself faster that we don’t know about.” Doc said.
“Thank you, Doc, Lucy.” Me and my brother said.
I gently picked her up she was way lighter than I expected, that even goes for her wolf form too. I looked down at her in my arms, she was chubby, but I did not care I loved her all the same not because she is my mate, but because she protected us from harm without even telling us. She was willing to stand in between death and our pack. Her hair was pure black with red highlights. I wondered what her eye colors are.
“She will be the best Luna Queen in history.” Darick said taking me out of my own thoughts.
“I was thinking the same, she walked towards danger to protect us even when she hated us the most.” I said and he just nodded.
We arrived at the room where she will be in for a few days and we stayed the night taking turns from sleeping to watching over her for when she wakes up.
Amira prov.
“Leave her she will die either way.”
“We will drink their blood one day come on let us find our pack.’ Admis said.
We went outside and saw our pack already slaughtered.
“NO!!” I screamed and felt sparks on either side of my shoulders.
I opened up my eyes and saw the bright sea green eyed mate. Then my other mate busted through the door ready to kill whoever was here.
“It’s okay Amira your safe now, I’m Darick Alexander Zaki and this is Drake Collin Zaki” Darick said has he moved his head towards my other mate that was still at the door.
“It was just a nightmare that’s all…ouch that hurts.” I said touching my stomach where the wound was as I tried to sit up.
“We almost lost you you’re not healing like normally so take it easy. We have a meeting with someone, but we will be checking on you after.” Drake told me as he walked up taking my hand.
My hand went numb like my shoulders did when the sparks react to our mates touch.
“Before you go do you have blood for Admis. She could heal faster if she gathered some strength from eating, she only drinks rouge blood.” I said.
Drake came to my left side and grabbed my hand and smiled lovingly then his eyes turned foggy.
“He’s speaking with a warrior and our tracker to go hunting for you so you can have what you asked for.” Darick said to me.
Then Drakes eyes went back to their bright grey color and he told me they were on it than they started to leave. Just as Drake touched the doorknob,
“Wait I have to warn you both about something.” I said and then they turned around and I continued once I had their full attention, “When she heals me it hurts like when wolfbane gets injected inside your body. Because of this I cannot control them both after she heals me, I end up losing control and they take over. I will scream and cry in pain, my wolf wanted me to tell you about the risk that it has when I heal that way. I wanted to also say thank you.”
They looked at each other than at me, “Are you sure there is no other way to heal you faster?” Darick asked looking sad.
I shook my head no and they both nodded their heads and left.
Darke’s prov.
I linked Nick and a warrior to go and kill a rouge and bring back only the blood when they asked why I said just do it in my alpha voice. I know we cannot keep this secret about who their queen is truly, but we have to deal with our parents first. Then I cut off the link.
‘Nick, I want you to deliver it to Amria she said it was the best course of action for her healing.’ I commanded.
‘Yes, alpha I kind of figured that was the reason why you wanted the blood in the first place I saw how it healed her, but don’t worry I will not say a word to anyone about our queen.’ He said and then closed the link.
We left to go to the meeting that we set up with our parents. However, before we left, she warned us about the consequences for healing this quickly. I hated the option and so did Darick, but I can tell she has done this before, so we agreed.
‘Let us go ban our parents from the pack. That’s the nicest thing we could do to them after what they did to us.’ I growled a Darick after I knew we were out of hearing each from our mate.
Now knowing that my own parents not only broke on of the royal rules and got away with it, but also it had something to do with our mates pain and that pisses me off.
“Okay but let’s keep a cool head while we do it.” He said elbowing my side I smiled and shook my head.
We entered the office and our parents where already waiting in the seats in front of our two desks.
“I heard that you brought an abnormal wolf to the hospital not to long ago, are you sure they are a friend of the royals?” My dad questioned.
“We are not her to talk about our mate we are here to talk about her passed.” I told them in a serious tone.
“What only one? For the both of you?” My mother asked
“Yes, she’s both our mate it’s uncommon but we are happy with it now let’s get back to the real reason why we called for you please.” Darick spoke before I could say anything.
I was getting irritated because they where asking about our mate instead about the meeting, plus I do not want them around her.
“Wait now sons you cant just drop the “found our queen luna” bomb and then just drop it. Why was she injured?” my dad asked.
I slammed my fist down on my office table and it split in half because Milo took control.
“The rouges and vampire king attacked her land because she had no one protecting her thanks to you both so now will you listen!!” my wolf Growled.
“Milo, please let drake take over remember cool headed.” Darick growled and Milo let me have control again.
“Sorry, we are in a hurry to get back to the hospital.” I told them, which was true.
“one last thing my dear and then we are all ears. When will we get to meet her?” my mother said.
“I’m hoping never to be honest.” Me and my brother spoke simultaneously in an angry tone.
“Now boy’s let’s not get into a fight I’m sure we will love her like she is one of our own.” My father said.
That is when I lost it and threw the peace treaty papers on my father’s lap.
“OH, REALLY YOU LOVED HER SO MUCH THAT YOU SLAUGHTERED HER WHOLE ROYAL PACK. NOT ONLY THAT BUT BROKE A ROYAL LAW!!!! “ I growled using my alpha tone. I was furious I wanted to kill them myself but Darick held me back.
“Then you left her all alone to die how old was she?” Darick asked with anger because I could not even think straight enough to talk anymore.
They both looked at the peace treaty and they looked at us with worry. Then looked down,
“She was around three to four.” My mother said.
“If we had known that she was both of your mate then we wouldn’t have done what we did.” My father said.
“So, your TELLING US that if it was a DIFFERENT PACK you would still MURDER THEM?” I asked
They were flabbergasted at my subsumption of what they were going to do if that was the case. Before they could speak I stood up,
“As alphas and Kings of this pack we are banning you from this pack and kingdom you have one week to move, or you will be killed on the spot where you stand.” I said and then as I was walking out Darick added,
“This was the nicer end of your torcher because you know what would have come if someone was to brake a royal law.”
He was right they would have been tortured and then put to death by being tossed into a deep whole filled with wolfbane. Just as I touched the door, we all heard screaming.
Amira’s prov.
Nick brought me the blood and I let Admis take over she drank every last bit and then started the healing process. I screamed in pain as my ribs began to fix themselves and once that was done Admis and Adria took over.
We ran out of the hospital because we knew it was not safe for the pack and then we was our mates and right behind them we saw them, the king and queen.
‘THEY BETRAYED US!’ Admis growled.
‘Do it.’ I replied.
‘As you wish.’ Adria said with a sad and angry tone.
They started to walk towards us, and we growled deeper then ever. When we are angry especially with mates its trice as deep. With our voices being demotic,
“I Adria Scarlet Domor reject Darick Alexander Zaki and Drake Collin Zaki as mates. You betrayed us so you must suffer.” We said and then turned to walk away.
“Wait please let them explain.” The queen begged.
“YOU WILL NOT SPEAK TO US YOU AND YOUR BACK IS BAD BLOOD YOU BTRAYED A LOYAL AND ROYAL PACK, MY PACK. NOW THEY MUST SUFFER BECAUSE OF YOUR DOING.” We boomed.
We turned and left to go into the woods, but Drake pleaded,
“Please let us explain why they are her at least, it’s not what you think.”
We used our vampire speed and was inches away from his. Growling with pure hatred,
“SO, YOUR SAYING MY EYES ARE DEXIVING ME. THAT I DIDN’T SEE THE TRAITORS OF MY PACK WALK OUT OF YOUR CASTLE?!?!”
He bowed down in submission,
“No what your eyes saw was true they did come out of our castle.”
We backed away and walked into the tree line not looking back we reached a river that was in the backyard of our territory and Admis shifted and I became a wolf I now had full control.
I whined with pain and growled with hatred I met my mates thinking their kindness was pure but, in the end, they betrayed us just like their parents did to mine.
