I don't know what exactly I was focusing on , but I began to shift !
Every bone breaking , Laura tried to calm my racing heart .
" If you're more calm , the less it will hurt ." Laura explains and even if I repeatedly try to calm my breathing , the feeling of my bones snapping in half is excruciatingly painful and it snaps me out of my calm mindset .
" You have to breathe ." she steps back as my back arches , my spine shifting .
I try to focus , but then everything goes black for a second and I'm hovering over her , tall and she looks so small crunched down .
A smile spreads across her face as she slowly raises to her feet , yet she still looks shorter than me and we're around the same size .
