During the Pups training today, we were working on tracking and trailing. What to look for, how to pick up faint smells and how to tell which direction they're going, using nature's natural gifts. The weather was perfect, it was warm, a little damp and slightly breezy. Perfect for air scenting and finding tracks in the mud. There were about 100 or so kids, in the age ranges we were working with. So, myself, Angie, Tasha, Kaya, Leo, a few of his trackers and a few warriors each took a group of kids to tracks that were already laid out.
There was about 100ft in between each group at our sides. This way each group had plenty of room to spread out and not be in the other's space. The groups with the older kids were working more on speed, as in finding the target faster. Their cours
