Chapter 10To avoid another run-in with Bryce, Josh stayed away from the house as much as possible. The only time he went back was to sleep, and even that was kept to the minimum required. Not that he felt safe when he propped a chair against the door. Even that would only delay Bryce if he really wanted to get in. Josh needed somewhere else to stay. With less than a hundred dollars to his name and a hungry new sss friend, he didn’t have many options.
