Chapter 15Josh couldn’t believe that this was the first time Gavin had taken wolf form, but he didn’t look like he understood exactly what had happened, let alone why Josh was kissing him.
“I’m sorry,” Josh said. His nakedness felt comfortable and right, especially since Gavin was in a similar state. “I had to provoke your transformation to see if you were who I thought you were.”
“Transformation?” Gavin looked at his body as if he didn’t recognize it. “No. I only become a wolf in my dreams. Running through the forest. Hunting. It’s a dream, only a dream. But you were a wolf too.”
Josh nodded. “Of course. I’m a werewolf.”
Gavin shuffled further away, as if Josh was contagious. He turned from Josh, his cheeks red with embarrassment.
“You’re a werewolf too.” Josh started to feel exposed
