"Pour the rest of the bucket, Diane." Caroline shouted the order over the roaring whiteout. She gripped her own empty metal bucket. Diane tipped his steel container forward. Freezing water cascaded over the towering ramp of packed snow and crushed cars. The brutal negative one hundred degree wind hit the liquid immediately.
