Chapter TenIt was creepy how quickly things went back to ‘normal’. For the first time in a long time, I woke well rested in my own bed. The sound of Zoe still dozing on the other side of the room made me smile. It was good to be home. Even if the circumstances were less than good.
We’d spent the rest of the day before practically hiding in our bedroom, away from all the other students and their questioning looks. But today, we were supposed to go back to class.
I was supposed to act like all the other students and try not to think about all that had happened over the last few weeks but that felt impossible.
How was I supposed to forget that Celestria had been killing students or that, at the end of the week, I would have to fight my twin sister?
With a deep sigh, I pushed back the beds
