Chapter 4 Again, Ruarke slept, Winchester across his legs, outside Santee’s camper. This tucking him in every morning was getting old, Santee decided. Serve him right if he gets pneumonia. She and the dogs headed into the pre-dawn gloom to get Rogue and Bandit out. Rogue trotted along the corral, nickering that she was so late. Santee slipped the hackamore on his head.
