He rested his arms on my lap while kneeling. "I know it is early to ask. You're still studying and your parents will not agree. But I will fight for you no matter what." He opened the small red velvet box right below my eyes. My hands went up to cover my mouth. The tears twinkled in my eyes at the same time the small ring did when the light glimmered on it. "I couldn't rest with you asking me questions like that. I hope you are willing to fight as well." He looked at me dearly for a short while.
