"Did you arrive?" Apollo asked on phone. I just arrived at Batanes Island.
"Yeah, safe and sound. Look, Apollo. I'm gonna turn off my phone now. Maybe I'll open it just in the evening."
A lady on the counter gave me a key to my hotel room. I said thank you and went on the elevator just beside the marble counter. My room is located on the third floor of this seaside hotel.
"Just make sure to stay safe, okay? I will call you in the evening then. Enjoy your stay and I hope you'll come back as soon as possible. I'll be waiting for you, always."
I smiled a little, just right to welcome a couple who also went inside the elevator. Gosh, I missed him now but this is my me time. I shouldn't think of anyone else.
"Sure. I'll be waiting for your call. Bye now." I ended the call.
