Episode 2

Author's Point Of View,

"Honey, you can not hide anything from me, I know that you miss your dad so much and you miss Lily too, but trust me Rose I will not let you happen anything, I will be your side ever and I will make sure that you will be so happy with Denny", said Rose's mom to her but Rose did not say anything to her mom, she just nodded her head slowly and her mom just placed a soft kiss on her head.

"I love you so much honey and keep that in your mind okay", said her mom and Rose just again nodded her head.

"Now sit here and I am going to make some tea for you, okay and do not forget to call extra staff as all the guests will come before evening, so tell the staff to clean guest rooms and other rooms, okay", said her mom and Rose again nodded her head, her mom went into the kitchen to make some tea and Rose just wiped her face and took a deep breath, she does not want her mom to know that how hard she is struggling with her inner mind and her thoughts, she can not forget what happened, she never could, so it is really hard for her to stay stable but she was trying her best to stay strong for her father and Lily and her mom too, Rose dialled a number and waited for them to answer.

"Hello, I am Rose and I want you to send extra staff to my home as guests will be here this evening and I need them to clean rooms and for other stuff so please send them fast", said Rose on the call.

"Yes madam, do not worry, staff would be there soon", said the manager and hang up the call.

"Tea is ready honey", said her mom and Rose looked up and passed a big smile to her mom.

"Thank you, mom, I already called for the staff, they would be here soon, you tell me if you need anything else I will help you", said Rose to her mom but she shook her head.

"I am fine honey, I just want to see you happy now, there is nothing else I want from this life", said her mom to Rose and her words hurt Rose somehow, she knows that her mom feels so alone and helpless and that is why Rose wants to keep her mom with her and safe.

"I will be happy mom, you do not need to worry about anything, everything will be fine, okay", said Rose and her mom just nodded her head with a smile.

Rose's Point Of View,

I was seeing my mom and she was worried about me and my wedding, I told her that I will be fine and happy but my mom is just my mom, I know her so well, she can not stay normal, not until my wedding is over, I know that is worried if something wrong happened to my wedding or something bad but I want to set her free, I want to see her happy as she wants to see me.

"Mom, I am talking to you, what are you thinking that deep that you are not even listening to me", I said to my mom and she came out from her deep thoughts and looked at me.

"I was kind of missing your dad, he was so excited for your wedding, he always wanted to see you in that wedding dress", said mom and I also started thinking about that day.

Past-

"Hey what happened to my princess, why she looks so sad", dad asked me as he saw me that I was crying in the corner of my room and he came close to me and sat beside me.

"Dad, I also want to get married to someone who loves me so much", I said to dad and he started laughing after hearing my words and I just glared at him with my small angry eyes.

"Why dad, you are laughing, I am not gonna talk to you like that", I said to him and he just came close to me and pulled me close to him and made me sit on his lap.

"Baby, you are so small to be a bride honey, but I will wait for that day in my life, that would be the most precious day of my life when I will see you as a bride, you would be the most beautiful bride in the world and whoever will see you, their eyes will go wide you will see that my baby girl is the most pretty girl ever, and you know I will choose the most beautiful dress for my girl and you will look like a princess my baby", said dad to me and placed a soft kiss on my head and I also smiled so hard after hearing his words, there was a different kind of shine in his eyes when he was saying all those words to me.

"Thank you so much dad, you know you are the best dad in the world, and I love you so much", I said to dad and hugged him so tight.

Past ended-

"I know mom, I am also missing dad so much, but you know he will not like it if he will see us crying over him, you know he always used to say that we should smile every time we miss him", I said to mom and she nodded her head and smiled at me, we drank tea and my mom went to her room, I also went back to my room and started packing my stuff and just then my phone started ringing.

"Hey, where are you", I asked her as I picked the call.

"I am at home Kelly, or where else I would be, but where the hell you are, you know it is my wedding tomorrow and you are missing, I am angry you know, why the hell you are not coming", I asked her and she started laughing so hard, I was so confused, why she was laughing, I had no idea.

"Kelly are you laughing", I asked her and she did not say anything to me at that time.

"Just opened the damn door", she said and I was again confused, was she joking or just trying to distract me or something.

"Are you standing out of my house", I asked her, still confused.

"Of course, just come and open the door for me, or else you want me to keep waiting", she said and I quickly got up from the bed and headed down, I still could not believe that she was here for me.

"Rose, what happened honey, why are you running like that", mom asked me and I just looked at her and smiled at her.

"Mom, Kelly is here for my wedding", I said to mom and she smiled at me so brightly.

"What, really, when did she come back", mom asked me.

"I do not know mom, she just called me that she is waiting outside", I said to my mom and headed out and opened the door and saw she was standing outside with a suitcase in her hand and a big smile on her face and when she saw me, she came close to me and pulled me into a hug, and I also jumped on her and hugged her hard.

"I really miss you so much Kelly, why did you not come back soon, you know how badly I was waiting for you", I said to her in a complaining tone and she just caressed my hair and placed a soft kiss on my cheeks, she always does that when she missed me so much.

"I miss you more Rose, you have no idea how badly I was dying to see you and meet you and now I am finally here so are you getting me in or gonna complain like this", she said and I just chuckled a little and let her come inside and she met mom, mom also pulled her into a hug.

"How are you my dear, we both missed you, especially Rose, she was so upset as she was not sure that you will come or not, but now look at her how happy she is", said my mom to her and she nodded her head as she shared a look with me and smiled at me.

"I also missed her so much aunt, you have no idea that I wanted to come here so badly but it was my bad luck that I could not come, but see I am here and I am not gonna miss a single moment to enjoy her wedding", said Kelly as I took her bag inside.

"Mary, please bring some refreshments for Kelly", I said to Mary who was working in the kitchen.

"Yes madam, just give me some time and I will be there", said Mary from the kitchen and we sat on the sofa.

"So finally my best friend is getting married to the love of her life, huh", said Kelly to me and I just smiled at her and nodded my head, a small blush came on my face.

"Yes and now you tell me when you are getting married, huh, I am also waiting to be your bridesmaid", I said to her and she started laughing so hard.

"You know the wedding is really a big deal for me and I need some time to figure out myself, so I am not gonna get married anytime soon, but trust me, I am so happy for you", she said to me and I just nodded my head.

"I know, thank you so much darling", I said to her and just then Mary came with a tray in her hand and she put the tray on the table.

"Thank you much Mary, and also other stuff is coming soon, so you can ask them for help", I said to her and she looked at me and smiled at me.

"Thank you so much madam", said Mary and went back to the kitchen.

"Kelly, you must be tired, eat something and have some coffee", I said to Kelly and she nodded her head and started eating.

"Mom, you want to eat anything", I asked mom and she shook her head.

"No, I am fine honey, I am just thinking that gives Kelly the guest room, that corner one", Mom asked me and Kelly just looked at me and I just shook my head.

"Amm no mom, Kelly will shift in my room, we need to talk a lot about so many things and also there would be another guest too who will stay tonight, so that would be fine if Kelly will share the room with me", I said to my mom and she looked at me with narrow eyes.

"Rose, we are having so many rooms in our house, so I do not think that there would be any problem with rooms, but still if you want to keep her with you then I am okay with that", said mom and laughed a little, I looked at Kelly and we both laughed a little.

"That would be a great mom", I said to mom and mom just smiled at me and I had some snacks with Kelly and we talked about our old days and other stuff, I know it was not easy for Kelly to come here for my wedding, I can totally understand her, she just shifted out of the city for her new job and now she is here for my wedding and I am so glad that she came.

"Let us go to my room, soon there would be a rush as a guest and other staff would be here", I said to Kelly and she nodded her head.

"Mom, we are going to my room, if you need anything just call me, okay", I said to my mom and she nodded her head and we both just headed into my room.

"So how is your new job, are you happy there, tell me something about your new city", I asked Kelly as she sat on the bed and took a deep breath.

"It is nice and it feels good to stay there, you know new people new vibe, and there is a guy who is so cute and he is kind of showing interest in me", said Kelly to me and I just gave her a teasing smile.

"Woah, so finally my baby girl is interested in some cute guy, huh", I teased her and a blush came on her face.

"So how does he looks, and what is her name", I asked her, I was just showing some interest coz she always thinks that I do not care about her life.

"He is so handsome and his name is Matt", she said and smiled at me.

"Oh Matty, nice name, tell me more about him", I asked her and she just looked at me and hit my shoulder.

"Stop asking that much, just tell me where is your groom to be, huh, tomorrow is your wedding and he is nowhere to be seen", she asked me and I just took a deep breath.

"He just had to attend some important meeting so he has to leave but he would be here soon, I know you are kind of excited to meet him", I said to her and she just nodded her head.

"Yes, of course, I am so excited, you know how we all were in college, I did not have any idea that something was going on between you two, I just thought we all were friends, but here you give us a surprise and I still do not believe that you are getting married to him, Denny, the most popular bachelor of our college and the most handsome one, I am still so shocked you know", said Kelly to me and I just looked at her and smiled at her.

"Yeah, I know it is kind of shocking, and you will not believe that I am also shocked, I do not know how should I react, like I am getting married, oh god, I just thought that I will never marry in this life, but seems like something else was written in my destiny", I said to her and she just nodded her head as she was also looking a little lost.

"That is great, the most beautiful girl is getting married, thousands of hearts will be broken the next day, poor babies", said Kelly as she was trying to tease me, in my college time so many guys liked me and they wanted to be with me, but I denied all of them and now I chose Denny, so he is really lucky that I am getting married to him.

"Yeah so Denny should consider himself lucky, coz you know there is a long queue behind me", I said and we both just laughed a little, we were talking about our old days when I heard a knock on the door and Denny walked in, the moment he saw me, he pulled me into a hug and placed a soft kiss on my lips.

"Did you miss me", he asked me and I also kissed him back.

"Of course I did, I missed you so much", I said to him and we just hugged so tightly and that is when he looked at Kelly and she waved her hand towards him.

"Hey, long time no see, huh", said Denny to Kelly and gave her a small hug.

"Yeah, I just move out to another city, hope Rose told you that", said Kelly and Denny just looked at me, I did not tell Denny about Kelly even he asked me so many times but I just dismissed him all the times.

"Oh yes, of course, she did, so how is your new life in the new city, huh", Denny asked Kelly and she just laughed at him.

"It is going great honestly", said Kelly and Denny just nodded his head happily.

"That sounds really great", said Denny and removed her jacket and hang it on the wall.

"Rose, you stay here with Kelly and talk to your best friend, I will be down with mom, she needs my help with something and also guests are also coming in a few minutes, so I will be with mom, just call me if you need anything, okay", said Denny to me and I just nodded my head with a big smile on my face, and he left the room closing the door behind him and Kelly was just looking at me all the time.

"What happen", I asked her as she was looking at me with so many questions in her eyes.

"How come he changed like that, I mean I never saw him like that, like caring that much and so polite and humble, I am feeling like I am meeting someone else but not him", said Kelly to me as she was looking so shocked.

"Well, maybe my love changed him, I know he come more polite and humble than those rough days of our college but trust him I am just liking him so much like this, he is so cute and sometimes extra sensitive and I just feel that I am so blessed to have him in my life", I said to Kelly as she was hearing me so carefully and nodding her head.

"That is really great, I am so happy for you, for both you, you both look perfect with each other, you know like made for each other type, that cute, romantic couple", said Kelly and I just laughed to hear that, I know we look cute, my choice is really special, right.

"Thank you so much for the compliment girl, I just wish that your Matty also look cute like Denny and after that, you both will be also so cute together like made for each other type", I said to her and I know that I was just trying to tease her as she was looking at me with a serious face.

"Well, he is so cute but I am not sure about me, as you know me so well, I do not think that commitment and all is my kind of stuff, I need some time for myself and I do not know when that time will be over", said Kelly to me and I just nodded my head.

"Yeah, I can understand that, do not worry, you can take as much time as you want, no one is gonna force you or something, just enjoy your life like a bird as much until you get trapped of love", I said to her and we both just laughed a little.

"You are right, and that is why I am just trying to keep myself away from this stuff", she said to me and I just nodded my head.

"Then I should wish you good luck", I said and we laughed again, we were so happy to see each other after such a long time, I know Kelly misses me a lot and she used to send me so many voice messages which I do not hear sometimes, and I always came up with an excuse but now I am back to normal, I send her the same voice messages and a lot of love, I got a knock again on the door and it was my mom who walked inside this time.

"Hey mom, what happen, you could have called me instead of coming here", I said to her but she just smiled at me.

"It is fine honey, I wanted to tell you that our guest is here and your uncle and aunt are also here and they want to meet you, so can you please come down honey", my mom asked me and after hearing her words my smile just vanished in a blink.

"Why they are here mom, I did not invite them", I said to my mom in an angry tone and she just looked at me and forced a smile.

"We can not do that honey, you know that they are family, so I had to invite them and your dad also wanted that and you know that so well, so now, there is no argument about that, you are coming down to meet them and also, please behave nicely with them, I request you, I know you do not like them much but for your dad's sake, please", said mom to me and I just know that she will blackmail me like that and I just have to do what she says, I do not like them but still I had to pretend that I care about them.

"Fine mom, I am coming with you, but do expect that I am gonna respect them as my dad", I said to my mom and walked down.
